Transitional & Supportive Housing

Located in Norfolk, NE.  Our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide transitional living for up to 12 weeks. We accept Probation funding for Transitional Living services. 

Transitional Living with Programming:

Supportive, temporary housing, which includes a minimum of five hours of weekly programming and services to facilitate transition to independent living.  Programming and services are provided by trained staff who provide assistance, skill training, and support to individuals living at the facility to develop competence and skills to enable individuals to successfully transition into the community. 

Transitional Living without Programming:

Supportive, temporary housing to facilitate transition to independent living.  This service provides individuals with short-term, safe and sober housing to develop competency skills required to transition into the community. 

Supportive Housing:

Supportive, permanent housing for individuals that identify as in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders.  Residents have a lease in their name and have full rights of tenancy under landlord-tenant law.  Participation in services is voluntary and residents cannot be evicted for rejecting services.  Residents may choose to have a roommate to offset the cost of rent and have additional support in the home.

  • 24/7 on-call availability for crisis management and facility oversight

Supportive Housing:

  • Referrals for optional outpatient services
  • Coordination with services providers as needed
  • Optional random drug and alcohol screening
  • Assistance with learning skills conducive to independent living as needed
  • Housing Specialist provides individual and group education services 
  • Certified Peer Support Specialists offer individual and group recovery services

We serve adult women, ages 19 and older who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Consumers are Nebraska residents, and the majority of those served are from the Region 4 Services district, which includes 22 counties in the Northeast Nebraska area.
